Applicants can now submit reference applications to be processed by our chosen credit check agency, FCC Paragon, online.

Once an offer has been made on a property and holding deposit and reference fees have been paid, we will issue the applicant with a unique ID Code that can be entered where indicated below. The applicant can then proceed to complete the reference application online.

FCC Paragon endeavour to return all references submitted before 11.30am within 24 hours. They may contact applicants if information given is incorrect or insufficient.

If an applicant fails referencing, it may be that a guarantor is also required to be referenced for an extra fee.
