James Abrams MRICS is a Chartered Surveyor with over 25 years' experience in Commercial Property advising private Landlords, Investors, Fund Managers, Developers and Family Property Companies across the UK.
After graduating, James gained international experience in New York City at Deutsche Bank and the Corcoran Group, before returning to the UK, where he became Chartered and built his career with organisations including the Grosvenor Estate, Lambert Smith Hampton, South Kensington Estates, Freshwater Group, Nuveen and Columbia Threadneedle.
Throughout his career, James has been responsible for property portfolios with a combined value in excess of £3 billion and rental income exceeding £250 million. His expertise spans the breadth of Asset Management; leasing - lease renewals, rent reviews, lease restructuring as well as refurbishment projects across all sectors, retail, office, industrial and alternatives.
James takes a collaborative, commercially focused approach, working closely with landlords and occupiers to unlock value, protecting investments, achieving practical, long-term solutions. His experience ranges from advising on individual properties through to nationwide portfolios, combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
Alongside his consultancy work, James advises clients on strategic asset management, helping landlords maximise income and performance over the long-term enhancing capital value whilst identifying opportunities throughout the lifecycle of their property investments.
